It’s not that polythene bags can’t be recycled,it’s
just that they require a different collection service
and processing than conventional curbside council
services offer. A recyclable and biodegradable
substitute for polythene bags are paper mailing
bags.

recyclable cardboard and require no tape to secure.

Made from twin-ply kraft paper, these heavy-duty
bags, offer the perfect solution for bulky items.
We stock various sizes of Jiffy® Bags that have
a tough outer paper and are 昀椀lled with 100%
recycled paper padding. Another alternative is the
Boomerang™ paper mailing bags, these are not
padded but feature a double peel-and-seal tear
strip - resulting in it being an optimal choice for
online retailers.
