Brief: Consolidate core product base & reduce supplier base
A UK leader in the manufacture and supply of pitched roof systems wanted to
reduce the number of suppliers used across all 10 of their sites.
Following extensive site visits and product analysis, Allpack began supplying all
sites across the UK.
