After making packaging available
on the EU Market:
Producer’s Obligation: Under the PPWR Regulations the entity
(manufacturer, importer or distributor) that 昀椀rst makes packaging
available in an EU Member State or sells packaging directly to end
users (e.g. via e-commerce).
Legally Responsible for: EPR Registration, Data Reporting, Fee
Payment.
