Brand Owners PPWR
Responsibility
The Manufacturer’s (Brand Owner) responsibility are to retain on 昀椀le Technical
Documentation (DoC’s) for 5 years or 10 years if the product is reusable :
• Packaging speci昀椀cations.
• Material composition breakdowns.
• Recyclability and Recycled content evidence.
• ‘Substances of Concern’ Certi昀椀cations.
• Technical Documentation.
• Labelling to help consumers separate for recycling.
• Labelling for traceability

PPWR compliance.
This is also a commercial issue,
not just a legal one.
