How Allpack Will
Support You
As your supplier, Allpack, has a legal obligation to supply you with a Declaration of Conformity
(DoC) for each Packaging Product or each range of products containing the following:
• Con昀椀rmation of compliance with Regulation (EU) 2025/40 of the European Parliament and of
the Council on Packaging and Packaging Waste.
• Con昀椀rmation of compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH).
• Con昀椀rmation that the Heavy Metals (e.g. Mercury, Lead, Arsenic, Iron, Zinc, Chromium)
content of the product is less than 100ppm.
• Technical Assessments of each product or range of products.*
• Con昀椀rmation of the Recycled Content and whether the products are capable of being recycled
post-consumer.
• Whether any restricted substances such as Bisphenol or Poly昀氀uoroalkyl (PFAS) have been
intentionally added during manufacture.
• A breakdown of the material (paper, plastic, ink, adhesive, etc) in each product.
*Allpack DoC’s are based upon the test results from Allpack’s supply chain partners.
