What Do You
Need To Do?
Before Making Packaging Available On The EU Market, contact your Allpack
Representative to assist with your Declaration of Conformity:
• Allpack will issue your Declaration of Conformity (DoC), for products purchased
with a 6-month period.
• Allpack will ensure that the DoC meets the requirements of Articles 5-12 of the
Regulations.
• If the packaging changes or when amended Regulations come into force, Allpack
can issue a new DoC, if required.
• Please remember to retain Technical Documentation (DoC’s) for 5 years, or 10
years if the product is reusable.
