Commercial Validation & Project Authorisation
The Order Sign-Off stage marks the formal transition from concept
development into full production readiness. At this point, the technical
design, 昀椀nancial structure, and commercial commitments are fully
aligned, ensuring every stakeholder has absolute clarity before
engineering, fabrication, and installation activities commence.
This stage provides the contractual and procedural foundation for the
successful execution of the project, safeguarding timelines, budgets, and
deliverables. It represents the 昀椀nal checkpoint before detailed design
work and manufacturing begin.
