Budget Agreement & Re昀椀nements
A 昀椀nal commercial review is undertaken to validate every component of the project’s 昀椀nancial
and technical scope.
This includes:
• Consolidation of Final Pricing: Con昀椀rming all equipment, workstation components,
services, installation costs, and optional extras.
• Scope Veri昀椀cation: Ensuring all agreed features, con昀椀gurations, process requirements,
and design re昀椀nements are captured within the 昀椀nal scope of work.
• Cost Re昀椀nement (If required): Fine-tuning elements of the project to align with budget
expectations while preserving performance and future scalability.
• Elimination of Ambiguity: Clarifying any outstanding assumptions, dependencies, or
optional elements to ensure mutual understanding.
This step ensures total transparency and 昀椀nancial alignment before contractual commitment.
